Spread on 25000 sq feet, this house is not only colossal in terms of quality architecture, but also when it comes to dimensions. Outdoor gardents and patios make it a great place to relax and watching the ocean will definitly help. A particularity of the design is that there are no interiour halls that connect the rooms. In order to accesss the master bedroom from a smaller bedroom for example one has to step outside and enter again. This comes in handy when guests are present.
